 I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance. But he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire.

(Repentance literally means to turn. Repentance allows you to review your actions and it brings regret to your heart and mind for your past wrong doings. Repentance then becomes a commitment to change your life around in order to live a more responsible, humane, and Christian life.)   

Unity Mission Church performs baptisms on the 3rd Sunday of the Month. The baptisms at Unity Mission Church is an experience like none other. Our Pastor begins by praying a very special prayer for the members and then she anoints us with her anointing oil. This is to give an extra insurance that once you are baptized, you will rise up a new creature in Christ. The whole baptism experience is very spiritual and a very serious occasion. God uses our pastor in a mighty way. He talks to her and guides her in every way as she conducts this very sacred service. Everyone involved is continuously in prayer mode. Once the baptism service is over, you will feel a sense of renewed spiritual strength and you feel a stronger bond with God. You truly feel like a new creature in Christ.
